Museum of Decorative Art & Design, Riga Latvia by Ieva Jansone
Here you can see Latvian textiles, ceramics as well as glass, wood and metal work are all housed in this gallery/museum. Museum is situated in St. George’s church, it is the oldest surviving religious stone building in Riga (13th century). Outside of museum you can purchase hand made jewellery and paintings. And nearby there is a lovely tea house ”Apsara”, where you can sit down on a pile of pillows and have a nice cup of tea.
